MEDIA BUYING ,MARKETING AND ADVERTISING ARE TRADITIONALLY HIGH PROFIT MARGIN BUSINESS AND MOST VIBRANT PART OF ECONOMY IN SOUTH EAST EUROPE ?

MEDIA BUYING ,MARKETING AND ADVERTISING ARE TRADITIONALLY HIGH PROFIT MARGIN BUSINESS AND MOST VIBRANT PART OF ECONOMY IN  SOUTH EAST EUROPE ?

1
“Visual” advertising is still a very popular way to reach population in the region either during political campaigns or during “target “advertising when certain products or services are launched in respective countries .
Regarding "visual ads" most prominent are billboards and promo t shirt (very popular with internet /mobile phone network providers and beer manufacturers ,usually given away as promo merchandise during various marketing campaigns ) - second most popular mean of advertising are   posters (usually pasted on the walls or displayed on bus/tram/train stands ) and finally TV ads ..

Internet on the other hand is not used widely for marketing or advertising of domestic products and services unless is aimed at foreign tourists seeking hotel/hostel accommodation in the region or some other services such as rent a car or medical insurance etc.so its mostly of limited usefulness to local population (non English speakers ).

Investors interested in marketing and advertising can expect high return on investment in this part of economy by opening their own marketing/PR/advertising company and implementing or offering some marketing strategies widely used in US to domestic clients and internet marketing /advertising in local languages .

 2
Just by importing certain amount of apparels (from US or CHINA )which could be used for political or marketing campaigns could bring big profit to investors -importers(for example around 3 .5-4 million t shirts are used annually by just one economy in the region for advertising and marketing of various products or political parties )

 3
Would be investors can also make profit by Launching various weekly or monthly magazines .
There is lack of magazines related to US sports such as AMERICAN FOOTBALL , NASCAR
or US reality TV SHOWS .
in the region itself there is a huge interest for such sports and reality US TV shows but virtually no magazines covering them
cable TV is very affordable and almost mandatory to households (average cable connections cost ONLY around 7 dollars per 60+ channels per household throughout the region so US sports stations such as ESPN or entertainment channels such as MTV / E! are very popular with high viewing ratings )

There is also huge market for any NFL /NASCAR /NBA etc memorabilia such as caps/t shirts etc and sports cards which could be collected by children and adults (there is a whole burgeoning sub culture of collecting such things related to football/soccer throughout the region and both children and adults are collecting and trading them through small adds or specialized internet sites )…launching collectable cards with likes of NFL players could be a hit with collectors and would bring large steady revenue.
LOTTERY
Lottery is state owned and run but anybody who owns daily or weekly /monthly magazine can launch his own prize winning competition and give away various prizes such as cars/houses/laptops ..so as long as its only goods and not actual cash offered trough those magazines they can be used as some sort of lottery tickets and therefore bring profit to publishers .

PROFIT BIG ON STILL STRONG DEMAND FOR HOUSING IN SOUTH EAST OF EUROPE -CONSTRUCTION AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

PROFIT BIG ON STILL STRONG DEMAND FOR HOUSING IN SOUTH EAST OF EUROPE -CONSTRUCTION AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

CONSTRUCTION /HOUSING

Despite economic crisis real estate market in SOUTH EAST EUROPE is still going strong due to severe shortages of affordable housing (private sector can match less than 7% of the total annual demand in this part of Europe )
small housing units are pretty much in demand in all major urban centers /respective nations capitals throughout the region
home mortgages are not popular means of purchase -its mostly cash based economy
parking space is also pretty much in short supply in most regional capitals so such properties are also subject of same if not even higher demand and prices

For this part of economy average return per investment is between 20%-45% which depends of locations and taxes (local or federal) and price of land where the property will be built
prices are based per square meter of the property (same for housing and parking spaces)
there is 3 ways to build a housing estate or to profit on it :
1 .self finance from purchase of the land to construction itself
2 .partial finance -basically buying suitable land and securing all permits and then making a deal with construction company to build the property for percentage of housing space when the building is finished , registered and license for use is obtained from local authority
3 .re -selling contract for suitable land and all the permits for construction to another investor
advance of the 3 rd option is quick turnover and almost double profit if the land and permit are related to a good part of the city or are in developing urban agglomeration with close proximity to schools /shopping malls /offices

office space is not in demand at the moment

Luxury housing is also on demand ( depends of the desirable area in respective cities luxury properties could be sold and traded for much higher prices than similar or same properties would normally be sold in say Beverly Hills or Manhattan !)
reason why real estate is still going pretty strong is actually very simple ..large portion of the population is working and earning income in WESTERN EUROPE/USA/CANADA/AUSTRALIA
so basically ex pats/immigrants are pouring money from abroad back into local construction business and keeping demand high
(on average about 4-5 billion dollars comes from than source alone for each of the countries in region !)
also on average 10% to up to 30% !of working population from SOUTH EAST EUROPE works abroad in above mentioned countries

BUYING AND SELLING PROPERTIES

buying and selling properties in SOUTH EAST EUROPE also offers huge profits and fast returns on investments but its done with the certain “east European twist ”
For example there is a way to buy property trough of so called “for life income support in exchange for property” system .

System as such is perfectly legal and is covered by law and contractual obligation like any other business agreement

It was crated during the 90s when lots of home owners has seen their pensions and savings diminish during the transition from communist type of economy to liberal capitalism and their living standard stagnate
,in order to make ends meet and to have enough money for basic necessities in life homeowners with no families or close relatives (mostly older citizens ) started to look for investors willing to pay them certain amount of money as a monthly stipend in exchange for property ownership

So if the initial agreement is negotiated , investors would make a written contract with the home owner for certain property and documents will be signed and verified with the court

Such agreement is binding contract between two parties and in the case when property owner dies investor becomes owner of property with full ownership rights such as to sell or use the property by himself even if by chance some relatives or close family of deceased might stake the claim on the same property in the court of law ( courts in SOUTH EAST EUROPE use “continental law ” based on the strict law amendments unlike US laws which are based on legal court room practice and individual legal cases precedents )

After documents are signed between parties and verified in court of law investor has an obligation to pay monthly stipend each and every month to a home owner during his lifetime .

When home owner dies investor takes over the property by submitting his contract with deceased to the court which in turn declares him a rightful hair of the property

Amount of money is calculated individually between parties but usual measure is net average income in the region (at present average salary in the region is around -350 dollars)

2
Its also possible to buy derelict properties and to renovate to be re-sold (house/property flipping ) but that’s bit time consuming because of usual ownership issues (contact me for more details )

Central European AMERICAN Football League MARKETING AND SPONSORSHIP BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY FOR INVESTORS

The Central European Football League (CEFL) is a regional AMERICAN FOOTBALL league which, in the 2012 season, included teams from Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Serbia and Slovenia. Initially, the league was named Southeastern European League of American Football (SELAF), and featured teams from just Serbia and Slovenia, joined by teams from Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia and Turkey in the following seasons.
Since the 2010 season, the league is played during the spring and summer months. This is in contrast to the first four seasons, when the schedule was played out from spring to fall, with a summer break. The league completed its first season in October 2006. Current champions are LJUBLJANA SILVERHAWKS , after beating BELGRADE VUKOVI in CEFL Bowl VII, played in BELGRADE on 21 July 2012.
League is drawing more and more coverage and it could bring certain profit for would be investors and sponsors alike ,its still untapped market for  this port

BRIEF History

2006 – Inaugural Season

The season featured a total of five teams: Belgrade Vukovi, Kragujevac Wild Boars, Novi Sad Dukes and Sirmium Legionaries from Serbia, and Ljubljana Silverhawks from Slovenia.
The first ever league champions were the Wild Boars who beat the Vukovi 23–12 in SELAF Bowl, played in Belgrade on 8 October 2006.

2007

The second season was already a season of expansion for the league with the two new teams, a top Hungarian team, Budapest Wolves, and CNC Gladiators, then of Austrian Division I, and the Legionaries not returning. For the first time teams were split into two conferences: North and South. North Conference consisted of Gladiators, Silverhawks and Wolves; South Conference consisted of three Serbian teams: Dukes, Vukovi and Wild Boars.
The bowl game was played in Belgrade on 27 October 2007, with the title won by Vukovi, after beating the Wolves 28–27 in a dramatic fashion.
That season was also the first in which the league made it to television: the semifinal and the bowl game were televised on Serbian nationally covered TV Avala.

2008

The league changed it's name to Central European Football League and the third season featured three new teams from three different countries: Bratislava Monarchs from Slovakia, Budapest Cowboys from Hungary and Zagreb Thunder from Croatia, while the Wild Boars did not return. The Cowboys and Thunder joined the South Conference, also filling the vacant spot made with the departure of the Wild Boars, while the Monarchs were placed in North Conference.
In the newly named CEFL bowl, Gladiators beat the Vukovi[2] 14–8 in Vienna on 25 October 2008.

2009

In the 2009 season Austrian Cineplexx Blue Devils replaced the non-returning Monarchs. They joined a newly formed conference with the Thunder, Vukovi and Wolves. The other conference consisted of 2008 champions, the Gladiators, along with the Cowboys, Dukes and Silverhawks.
The bowl game was again played in Belgrade on 24 October 2009, with the Vukovi reclaiming the title after beating the Blue Devils 39–20.
The season was also a considerable milestone for the league, as multiple league games have been televised on a trans-European channel Sport Klub.

2010

The league changed format again in 2010, with the Turkish national champion Istanbul Cavaliers joining the league and the Cowboys, Gladiators and Thunder not returning. Cavaliers were scheduled to play the Blue Devils in the newly formed wild card cup, with the winner taking the final playoff spot.
The bowl game was played in Ivančna Gorica, Slovenia on 18 July 2010, where the Vukovi beat the Silverhawks 42–20 to become the league champions once again.

2011

In the 2011 season the league saw the departure of Blue Devils and Dukes, leaving four teams, all national champions in their respective countries, in competition.
The title was again claimed by Vukovi who beat the Wolves 34–33 in yet another dramatic bowl game between these two teams, played in Budapest on 23 July 2011.

2012

Croatian top team Zagreb Patriots joined the league and the Blue Devils took part once again. The league changed it's name to Sport Klub CEFL and had multiple league games broadcast on Sport Klub television channels. The 2012 season started on 17 March, with five teams from five different countries competing.
CEFL Bowl VII was played in Belgrade on 21 July 2012 where Silverhawks won their first title after beating Vukovi 34–21.

WASTE MANAGEMENT AND HIGH PROFIT MARGIN INVESTMENTS AND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN CROATIA

WASTE MANAGEMENT AND HIGH PROFIT MARGIN  INVESTMENTS AND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN CROATIA

One of the most lucrative business opportunities in Croatia is waste management . Although not very glamorous this business stands to ripe big profits in next decade or so because Croatia has to comply with very strict EU laws regulating this area. problem of waste management in Croatia is tri -old:

First problem is rationalization of the process and complete overhaul of the collecting process itself .

Second issue is to solve the problem of sorting and storing of the waste .

And third problem is to find ways to re-use the waste in most efficient way .

First problem has to be solved by introducing new system of "underground" containers with only small "box slots" protruding above the ground (see the photo below ) this new type of waste collecting can assure more cleaner approach to it and totally secured waste till the collection time comes-so overflowed containers which used to be something of a "norm" associated with old system of garbage collecting will be gone for ever and with it all non hygienic environment and smell which accrued around such areas .

This alone is very good business opportunity for would be investors who can apply and obtain contract for building such underground collecting facilities around country's capital and also tourist areas along Adriatic Sea.

Second part of the investment is sorting and re-using waste itself which again could turn into big profit since in Croatia only about 10%of total waste is recycled and re used ! EU offers substantial subsidies for its member states (Croatia is de facto already EU state since it could use such funds )and companies who can devise and use more efficient way to re cycle waste and use it to produce energy (for example)

Land fills are still big problem in Croatia and that issue is still open for solutions !

INVEST INTO "JET SET" TOURISM / YACHT MARINAS OR OPEN A BUSINESS CATERING TO VIP TOURISTS ON ADRIATIC COAST OF MONTENEGRO AND CROATIA .BASE YOUR BUSINESS CLOSE TO DEVELOPING AREAS DESIGNATED FOR FIVE STARTS HOTELS AND MARINAS - SECURE PROFIT GROWTH IN DECADES TO COME .

INVEST INTO "JET SET"  TOURISM / YACHT MARINAS OR OPEN A BUSINESS CATERING TO VIP TOURISTS ON ADRIATIC COAST OF MONTENEGRO AND CROATIA .BASE YOUR BUSINESS CLOSE TO DEVELOPING AREAS DESIGNATED FOR  FIVE STARTS HOTELS AND MARINAS - SECURE PROFIT GROWTH IN DECADES TO COME .

yacht marines are in short supply along the ADRIATIC COAST
In recent years wealthy owners of the expensive yachts from Europe,North America ,Asia and especially Russia are looking for a place to store their yachts during the off season -this due to high maintenance cost in Italy ,Spain and France for big luxury Yachts
Croatia and Montenegro offer better ports and natural harbors for a fraction of the cost which combined with cheaper labor and service cost offer better conditions for yachts owners

http://www.portomontenegro.com/

2
In last decade “jet set” tourism is going from strength to strength in Croatia and Montenegro so there is a
big demand for small and medium size hotels and luxury villas along side the coast for celebrities and wealthy individuals who prize privacy
this venture could be a big earner for would be investors since Adriatic cost is not saturated with such offerings
Celebrities such a British Royal family ,Brad Pitt ,Angelina Jolie,Madonna,Rolling Stones ,Sylvester Stallone to name only few become regular visitors of Croatian islands and Medieval towns along the cost of both Croatia and Montenegro
lack of luxury private /secluded villas in the region for such guests is limiting growth of this particular branch of tourism so local authorities are trying to attract projects like that with all means (offering land and free infrastructure)

LUKA MODRIC CROATIAN MIDFIELDER TO JOIN REAL MADRID

Madrid: Croatian footballer Luka Modric has thanked the fans and his former club Tottenham Hotspurs after he joined Spanish giants Real Madrid in a deal worth around 35 million euros.

Modric also looked back over his time in London with Tottenham, who he helped guide to a fourth place finish last season. He said Wednesday that his move to Madrid was partly thanks to the English side, reports Xinhua.

"I spent four incredible years there. I would like to thank everyone in the club, the people who helped me in London. I want to thank the fans, because they treated me very well, they gave me a lot of affection and respect... it was a mutual feeling.

I want to thank my teammates too. Thanks to them I'm here now, and thanks to Tottenham as a club as well. I only have good memories from over there," commented Modric.

The Croatian midfielder, who will be 28 at the start of next month, spoke to Real Madrid TV about his hopes for his career in Spain, while also reflecting on his four years with Spurs and also his roots at Dynamo Zagreb.

"It means a great deal to me to join Real Madrid, because it's a great club. This is a club that always fights for all possible titles. It makes me proud and it is an honour to be a part of this club. I hope to be able to help the team to win the maximum number of trophies," said Modric, who was delighted to be able to work with Madrid coach, Jose Mourinho.

"It's incredible for such a good coach to want me. What's more, I was willing to wait until the last day in order to be here. I owe him everything and I really want to play for him and for the team," insisted the midfielder.
