SOLAR ENERGY & HIGH PROFIT BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ALONG THE ADRIATIC COAST AND ADRIATIC SEA ISLANDS

Cost of Adriatic has become a major tourist destination in the last 10 years with average profit increase of 10 % annually  !
Alongside tourist it came increased urbanization (new hotels,airports,holiday camps,hospitals ,holiday homes etc. popped up all over the coast) and with it came increased energy use .

Croatia has started to feel impact of those trends few years back when it became obvious that current sources of energy (electric/gas and oil) can not match increased expenditure in the region.
This has created opportunity for alternative energy sources  to be tried ,unfortunately due to lack of funds (looming economic crisis / recession ) and profound lack of political will (both local and state )and non existent  national strategy that did not happen .


It was pretty much left to private sector and rare individuals and enthusiasts  to pick up the slack with it while respective governments in the region still mauled plans for   same old "big energy projects" such as river dams  (classic power plants )and even nuclear energy projects which proved to be very costly and environmentally dangerous in other much richer countries in Europe.


This  situation has created a situation where a big solar panel manufacturer could crack the whole market up and down Adriatic coast and hundreds of islands along with it and launch highly profitable business .
In effect such venture could establish some sort of monopoly on solar energy providing to this part of Europe .
My opinion is that there is a possibility to establish contacts between solar panel/energy converter manufacturers with commercial or respective state developments banks (banks in charge of developing economic growth in respective states and owned by the state  )


Those banks can step in and give low interest  loans to private buyers of solar energy units  and also for big energy users such as hospitals/hotels/airports/post offices/local bureaucracy office buildings etc it will be  possible to obtain local or state subsidies to buy such units on top of the low interest loans they would get from the banks (commercial or state)in the region.
